All Work and No Play Makes Meggy Lazy

So I had to get up at 4 AM today to be at work by 5 AM. As you know from yesterday's post, I was up very late... I didn't end up going to bed until 1 and I've been awake all day, without much problem.

When I got home from work around 2 PM today I said, "...you know, I could take a nap... or I could go buy a Diet Mountain Dew."

...So I bought a Mountain Dew.

I was ready when I got home to do some laundry and be awesome and stuff but, that didn't happen.

Now I have to get up at five tomorrow and I am feeling very sleepy.

Pink eyeliner and orange nail polish are my new vices today. I also finally bought an eyelash curler. Why? Because I have money and my lashes look FINE!!!

1) Bandannas make lovely accessories.

2) I need to get my eyebrows waxed.

3) My senior pictures are going to be awesome.

4) Still trying to find a good camera perch. This is nice, but I’m standing on my dirty armchair… hence, making it dirtier.

So I went to Jackson Avenue Coffee shop today, which is a groovy place in a bigger city near me where you can get a groovy cup of joe and on Thursday nights, you can listen to some groovy singing.

I met a girl who I love to death named Bert there as well. I haven't seen or really talked to her in years aside texting and myspace. She's an artist. She taught me that if people don't like who you are, then screw them. Just be yourself. I finally met up with her again and she agreed to try and start working on my senior pictures next week! I'm very excited, and of course, I will have a few on here.

She's a beauty, that Bert, inside and out.

I also met up with a boy that I only met once at a concert about two years ago. He's pretty awesome, if I do say so myself. It was just nice to see him again. He'll always be "one of those kids that made me drink Monster".

Anywho, I think that's it for me, homeskillets. It is now 11:04 PM and I have to get up at 4:00 AM tomorrow.

I'm Finally Going to Use This Thing

My name is Meggy and this is my blog. I know it's a little cramped, but make yourself at home, if you can.

So down to business...

I've been meaning to make a blog for a while, so here I am. While this will be my home base for me to talk about things including, but not limited to; boys, friends, kittens, and paint drying, I do have another blog here on Blogspot that I will try and post to as much as possible.

There will also be video blogs, if you can believe that (or as I like to call them, vlogs! =3).

I'll have a more interesting post up as soon as I can! As you will soon find out, my life is full of interestingness! (Er... at least... I think so.)
